Job Responsibilities
- Lead precision mechanical design of tactile sensors, including housing, brackets, and force transmission structures.
- Collaborated with the hardware team on sensor integration, packaging, and reliability optimization.
- Advance DFM/DFA design; track and resolve mold, prototype, and mass production issues.
- Lead structural simulation, prototype testing, and reliability validation analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- Experienced in precision structural design; familiar with plastic and rubber component development processes.
- Proficient in design tools such as SolidWorks and Creo; experience with structural simulation is a plus.
